Jessie Flannery is a freelance makeup artist based in South Florida. As a graduate of the esteemed Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry in Fort Lauderdale, she has been mentored by some of the top professionals working in the industry today. Jessie is now an Airbrush Makeup instructor at Cosmix and freelances for Bobbi Brown, Christian Dior and FlyDry of Delray Beach.
